Double Exposure : The Valley Revisited
Exhibition runs July 4 – 30, 2017.
In celebration of Canadaâ€s 150th birthday, the Carnegie Gallery, Dundas Museum & Archives and Dundas Valley School of Art have commissioned 27 local artists to choose an archival image of Dundas from the Museumâ€s collection and respond with an artwork of their own. This free exhibition, held at each site, celebrates the history and creative spirit of Dundas, a community unique to Canada.
Opening Reception Thursday, July 6, 7-9 p.m. at all three locations:

Routes Youth Employment Services Skill-Building Workshops
Weekly workshops will be running Wednesdays during July and August from 3:30pm-5:30pm. These workshops will cover leadership skills, teamwork, conflict management, resume writing, interview preparation and more. Drop-in at 10 Market Street South, no registration required. Routes Youth Centre: Baby Sitting Course
July 10th-14th -- 9:30am-12:00pm
Do you love working with children? Are you interested in becoming a babysitter? Routes Youth Centre will be running two sessions of the Babysitting Course this summer. The course will cover caring for infants and children, planning fun activities, dealing with home emergencies and basic first aid. Each session will also include guest speakers and a trip to gain practical experience at a daycare. Register today by calling Jenna at 289-339-1858
